Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Leasing Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage prospect leads and conduct virtual property tours to achieve
leasing targets
Engage in effective communication with prospects to convert
appointments to tours and applications
Conduct competitor shopping and regular property tours to enhance
sales presentations
Required Qualifications
One to two years of related experience and/or training, or
equivalent education and experience
Experience in a multifamily environment and/or property management
operations
Knowledge of Funnel CRM preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 required
Transferable apartment industry sales-related experience
preferred
