Job Description:
Volt is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Supervisor in
Valencia, Ca! Volt takes great care of our great hires! As a
Manufacturing Supervisor you will:Controls the flow of products,
materials, and labor utilization in their department/process to
maximize productivity and minimize cost while achieving safety,
quality, inventory, and throughput targets.Works with departments
to ensure that all production methods and practices are consistent
with internal quality standards, customer requirements, and the ISO
9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and ISO 14001:2015.Controls the flow of
products, materials, and labor utilization in their
department/process to maximize productivity and minimize cost while
achieving safety, quality, inventory, and throughput
targets.Carries out supervisory responsibilities including
interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning,
and directing work; evaluating and appraising individual
performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing
complaints and resolving problems in a timely manner.Conducts
Supervisory Briefings and Daily Huddles in areas of
responsibility.This is a Full-Time 1st Exempt Role Salary Ranges
$80,000 - $85K annually The Qualified Candidate will have:2 years
of Supervisory experience in a heavy manufacturing environment,
leading teams of 20+ people.Experience in aerospace/fastener/metals
manufacturing industries, with strong knowledge of all fastener
materials preferred.Experience using ERP/MRP systems.BS in
Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or
similar is highly preferred. *Pay range offered to a successful
