A company is looking for an HR Generalist in Training.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and talent management including posting jobs
and conducting interviews
Support compliance with employment law and HR regulations
Help with payroll processes and benefits administration
Required Qualifications
General understanding of HR concepts such as handbooks and
compliance
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office 365
Comfortable using Zoom for client interactions
Authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred experience of 6 months to 1 year in HR or a startup
environment
