Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Systems Trainer responsible for
training and mentoring staff on business concepts and system
functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain a systems on-boarding and training program
Mentor and train staff on business concepts and system
functionality
Develop training documentation and collaborate with team members to
enhance IT solutions understanding
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related
field
2+ years' experience in training or working in software development
or IT
Knowledge of software development methodologies like Agile or
Waterfall
Experience with business analyst or project management concepts
Previous mentoring and/or training experience
