Description This position will be traveling and covering the South Bay, San Pedro, and Long Beach areas. Providence Home and Community Care Liaison is responsible for advancing and maintaining referral relationships and referral flow in their assigned territory. Key referral sources include MD Clinics, community hospitals, payor care managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and board and care communities. This role works closely with our Providence home health and hospice interdisciplinary team. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. • Education sufficient for licensure
• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
• 1 year of Full-time experience in clinical role Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Liaison, marketing or sales experience.
  • Health care industry experience.
  • Documented prior successful sales account medical management experience.
