Job Description:
A company is looking for an AI Chat Program Manager to enhance
customer engagement through chatbot interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Designing, building, and optimizing chatbot interactions using
traditional and LLM-driven solutions
Analyzing chat transcripts to identify pain points and implement
AI-driven enhancements
Collaborating with various teams to align chatbot functionality
with business goals and ensure seamless escalations to human
agents
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in developing and optimizing chatbots using
NLP/chatbot platforms and LLM-powered models
Strong understanding of customer support workflows and chat
automation
Experience with chatbot analytics tools and A/B testing
methodologies
Familiarity with API integrations and chatbot interactions with
backend systems
Experience in collecting and presenting Voice of the Customer (VoC)
insights
