Job Description:

A company is looking for a Benefits Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Manage client compliance activities, including sending disclosures and coordinating with vendors for Form 5500 completion
Set up and train clients on compliance dashboards and ensure they meet reporting requirements
Confirm client adherence to regulations and track compliance activities using relevant tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health insurance license required within 90 days of employment
3-4 years of related industry experience
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products
