Job Description:
A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their
finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and
long-term financial plans
Utilize Prophix software to streamline financial planning,
budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Prepare and deliver financial reports to management, providing
insights into company performance
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related
field; MBA or CPA is a plus
5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis,
preferably in a government contracting environment
Strong experience with Prophix software for budgeting, forecasting,
and reporting
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment
