Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager First Line Risk Management (SOX Engagement Lead) to manage Business Unit risk activities and promote risk awareness across the organization.



Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective collaboration between Business Units and the Risk Management department, managing risk identification and escalation
Oversee issues management for the Business Unit, including corrective actions and internal controls implementation
Participate in risk governance meetings and provide feedback on governance documents to manage risk effectively


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Audit, or Compliance, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
Advanced Degree preferred
Experience in Financial Services, Project Management, or Consulting preferred
Knowledge of operational and enterprise risk management and regulatory guidance
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
