A company is looking for a Backend Engineer, Payments/Risk
(Mid/Senior) - Contract.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize fraud-blocking measures for post-paywall purchases and
manage integration with external providers
Migrate business logic to separate services and address tech debt
items
Implement improvements to internal tooling and automation to
enhance developer and team quality of life
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a software engineer
Bachelor's Degree, Technical Degree, Bootcamp Training in Computer
Science/Related field or equivalent experience
Fluency in at least one object-oriented language, preferably
Ruby
Working familiarity with SQL and various databases
Experience with source control systems like Git
