Volt is immediately hiring for Accountant in Torrance, CA.

As an Accountant, you will:

- Process full-cycle Accounts Payable (A/P) invoices and expense reports.
- Match, batch, code, and enter invoices with accuracy.
- Issue A/P checks on a weekly basis and at the start of each month.
- Resolve A/P discrepancies by coordinating with the receiving department and vendors.
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and implement solutions.
- Prepare A/P accruals and assist in month-end closing procedures.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis in Excel as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 1+ years of hands-on Accountant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
